  • I studied here during my exam season all the time and everything is excellent. The employees are super friendly and their coffee is amazing + cheap. I like how it’s non profit and also you get refills for cheaper prices. Wifi is great and it’s very peaceful in the morning, after 5pm it turns into a bar and it gets very lively and fun. 100% recommend A unique plus is that when you get non dairy alternatives, it is cheaper!

  • Cool place, you may walk right past it but they host various events like gigs and comedy. Nice choice of beers, didn't eat so can't rate it. Nice friendly atmosphere. I would return

  • The Glitch in Waterloo stands out as a unique and essential community space, far exceeding expectations for a typical pub or venue. It manages to be both a dynamic cultural hub and a wonderfully comfortable space for everyone. Truly Outstanding Staff and Inclusion What truly elevates The Glitch is its team. The staff here are genuinely lovely and incredibly understanding. Their warmth makes a huge difference, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. This focus on guest comfort is clearly intentional, as The Glitch is an outstandingly autism-friendly venue. It's rare and refreshing to find a place so committed to being a safe, comfortable, and accommodating space for neurodiverse individuals. Vibrant and Ever-Changing Environment Beyond the brilliant staff, the atmosphere is fantastic. The environment is vibrant and always changing, ensuring that no two visits are quite the same. Whether they're hosting a unique event, displaying new local art, or simply rearranging the space, the energy is consistently fresh and engaging. It’s a truly dynamic spot that reflects the creative heartbeat of Waterloo. Final Verdict If you are looking for a venue that combines genuine inclusivity with a lively, inspiring atmosphere, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting for a pint (or coffee, or whatever your beverage of choice is!). The Glitch isn't just a place to grab a drink; it's a model for what a modern, community-focused, and accessible venue should be. How does that longer, more detailed review look?

  • Easy to find The Glitch. Just a few minutes walk from the station. Comfortable bar cafe with inside and outside seating. Intimate basement performance space. Watched Pass in On. A lively emotional funny engaging performance. Delivered by exceptionally talented Actors. It was a joy to experience their confidence and dedication to their craft. Definitely would love to see more of them in the future. Well done Yellow Coat Theatre Company and all the Actors who made the experience poignant but sometimes humorous and totally relatable.

  • In a word wonderful. I went here for an afternoon with some friends and was delighted by the cosy welcoming atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and the food and drinks were of fantastic quality. The menu for food could be a little larger but overall this makes a lovely hangout, a place so friendly I lost track of how long I was here in the nicest possible way. Will most certainly be back soon, highly recommended

  • Really nice vibe here, initially was disappointed that they don’t have a lot of food choice, but then was told by their friendly staff that we could bring our own food. (There are several take away places nearby such as Pizza) Brilliant idea. Will be coming here again.

  • A cool little bar, around 5 minutes from Waterloo station. We went to watch a friend perform her comedy act with other performers. The bar had a very relaxed and quieky atmosphere, which I really liked. The prices were a bit steep. Over £7 for a pint. Also due to it being quite a small space. There were only two unisex toilets, which led to having to queue a few times. That being said, I would recommend, especially if you're watching the comedians. We were fortunate enough to see some great acts!
